Captain / Ship Master
Responsible for the overall command and safe operation of the fishing vessel. Leads the crew, navigates routes, ensures compliance with maritime regulations.
Officer / Deck Officer
Assists the Captain in navigation, safety protocols, and onboard operations. Oversees crew activity, maintains ship equipment, and ensures adherence to international maritime standards.
Deckhand / General Crew
Supports day-to-day vessel operations including fishing, cleaning, gear handling, and maintenance tasks. A physically demanding role suitable for hardworking, team-oriented individuals.
Cook / Ship Chef
Prepares daily meals for the crew, manages food stock and kitchen hygiene. Must be able to cook a variety of dishes and work efficiently in limited onboard kitchen facilities.
Helmsman / Oiler
Operates and maintains the vessel’s machinery and assists in steering and navigation tasks. Responsible for engine checks, oiling systems, and mechanical upkeep during voyages.
